Expenses to Expect (Pricing for 2023-2024 Season)
*We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with no hidden costs.*  

Registration:
There is a $40.00 non-refundable registration fee per dance season ($30.00 Mid-season registration in January).  Please add $10.00 for each additional sibling.

Dance Costumes and Recitals:

Our dancers wear dance costumes for the Christmas Show and our June Showcase.  

  • Estimated cost for Christmas Show Costume:  $30.00-$40.00/costume
  • We try hard to use our TDC Costume Archives to keep prices down for our families for our Christmas Show.
  • Estimated cost for June Showcase Costume:  $75.00-$95.00/costume depending on child or adult sizing
  • June Showcase costume balances are paid in installments and are added to monthly tuition statements starting in October so families do not have to pay the costume balance all at one time.
  • Please speak with the director if you have any questions regarding costuming for our shows. 
  • $30.00 Recital Fee for each recital (December and June) Includes a DVD of the show. If you do not want the DVD then you will still be responsible for the $15.00 Recital Participation Fee that exists to offset the cost of recital production fees. This Recital Fee can be paid with your December tuition and is per family (not per student). 
  • Recital ticketing is $15.00/ticket and General Admission. All Parents must purchase tickets for recital admittance unless they plan to assist backstage​.

Tuition Notes: 

  • Tuition is due the first day of each month.  AutoPay is available for your convenience through the Parent Portal.

  • Tuition may be paid by cash, check or through our Parent Portal with debit card, credit card or AutoPay (preferred).

  • Our Parent Portal allows you to review statements, review payment history and make payments. 

  • Tuition is based on a monthly course fee and not by the individual class or weeks.  Throughout the full dance season there are some months that have 2 classes as well as some that have 3, 4 or 5 classes in a month.  All vacations and holidays have been taken into consideration when determining tuition fees for the entire dance season.

  • During events TDC has no control over (hurricanes, etc.) an effort to provide a make-up class will be made where possible. Classes with make-up opportunities will be emailed this information at a later date. 

  • A $15.00 late fee will be charged for any tuition paid after the 7th of each month.  A $5.00 fee will incur for each week tuition is late after that.

  • A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
