Monica Schraeder's dance journey spans over five decades, from a classical ballet foundation to a career as a professional dancer, instructor, and ultimately a dance studio owner. Recently relocating from Texas to Florida, Monica is excited to have the opportunity share her love of dance with students at The Dance Company of Ocala.

In 2015, Monica transitioned her expertise to the realm of real estate.  Her commitment to relationships and community shines. Monica’s dance background infuses her approach with precision and education, guiding clients through the intricate steps of the home buying and selling process. As a Broker Associate, Monica mentors agents, engages in community service and is weaving her heart into both the dance and real estate worlds.

​Away from the dance floor and the realm of real estate, Monica's life is a tapestry of laughter, deep discussions, and creativity. With her husband Cory by her side, they've journeyed through twenty-nine beautiful years of marriage, raising two incredible children, and now delighting in the presence of a two-year-old granddaughter.
